EduFind 1.0 là hệ thống miễn phí, song ngữ Việt - Anh, giúp tra cứu tạp chí khoa học được tính điểm theo Quyết định số 26/QĐ-HĐGSNN ngày 11/7/2025 của Hội đồng Giáo sư nhà nước, kèm hạng SJR (Q1-Q4), Open Access, APC và đối chiếu ISSN. Đợt cập nhật này mở rộng phạm vi từ 6 lên 11 ngành, liên ngành, bổ sung các tính năng sử dụng chính và hoàn thiện chất lượng dữ liệu.
Quy mô sau cập nhật: 11 trang ngành · 357 tạp chí trong nước · 22.978 tạp chí quốc tế (số liệu không trùng lặp, tính trên toàn hệ thống).
Điểm cập nhật quan trọng
1. Mở rộng phạm vi (Added)
- Thêm 5 ngành, liên ngành mới: Ngôn ngữ học, Sử học - Khảo cổ học - Dân tộc học/Nhân học, Vật lý, Điện - Điện tử - Tự động hóa, Văn hóa - Nghệ thuật - Thể dục thể thao.
- Cổng tổng hợp được cập nhật số liệu và liên kết tới toàn bộ 11 trang.
2. Tính năng người dùng (Added)
- Phân trang kết quả, mặc định 20 dòng mỗi trang.
- Phần đầu trang cố định, tự thu gọn khi cuộn.
- Mục "Nguồn dữ liệu và ghi công" thu gọn mặc định.
- Bộ nút chia sẻ mạng xã hội (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Zalo, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, sao chép liên kết, chia sẻ qua thiết bị) và ảnh xem trước chuẩn Open Graph / Twitter Card (1200×630) cho mọi trang.
- Chức năng báo lỗi: họ tên, số điện thoại/email (có thể ẩn danh), nội dung và ảnh đính kèm; gửi trực tiếp về hộp thư của tác giả.
- Thống kê lượt truy cập ở góc dưới bên phải: tổng, theo ngày, top 5 quốc gia. Đếm ẩn danh, mỗi phiên một lượt, không lưu địa chỉ IP.
- Bộ lọc theo nhà xuất bản / cơ quan chủ quản; liên kết kiểm tra Web of Science (SCIE/SSCI/A&HCI/ESCI) cho từng tạp chí quốc tế.
3. Chất lượng dữ liệu và ngôn ngữ (Changed / Fixed)
- Bản tiếng Anh hiển thị đầy đủ bằng tiếng Anh: loại tạp chí, phạm vi tính điểm, tình trạng, ghi chú và tên cơ quan xuất bản (trừ tên riêng của tạp chí).
- Thống nhất định dạng số theo ngôn ngữ (ví dụ 1.596 / 1,596; 0-1,0 / 0-1.0) và hệ nhãn ISSN (Bản in, Bản điện tử, ISSN cũ).
- Tách rõ tên tạp chí, tên cũ, phạm vi, tình trạng và lịch sử điểm; gộp mốc điểm trùng lặp.
- Ngành Vật lý: mức điểm quốc tế suy theo hạng SJR có xét H-index của Q1, đúng quy định của Hội đồng.
- Đối chiếu ISSN Portal (30/9/2026) cho các ngành mới; các số ISSN in sai trong văn bản gốc được giữ nguyên và ghi chú rõ.
4. Vận hành và độ tin cậy (Changed)
- Làm mới dữ liệu OpenAlex (APC, Open Access, bài mới nhất) tự động hằng tháng, chia ngày theo ngành để không vượt hạn mức; ưu tiên Khoa học Giáo dục và Kinh tế.
- Mỗi lần cập nhật chỉ dựng lại các trang bị ảnh hưởng.
Nguồn dữ liệu và thời điểm
Quyết định 26/QĐ-HĐGSNN (11/7/2025) · SCImago Journal & Country Rank 2025 (truy cập 30/9/2026) · ISSN Portal (30/9/2026) · OpenAlex và DOAJ (theo từng trang). Mỗi trang ngành ghi rõ ngày truy cập ở mục "Nguồn dữ liệu và ghi công".
Lưu ý và giới hạn đã biết
- Mức điểm hiển thị là mức tối đa (0-x); mức cụ thể do Hội đồng quyết định. Hạng SJR không thay thế dữ liệu Web of Science/Scopus chính thức; người dùng cần đối chiếu nguồn gốc trước khi dùng cho hồ sơ.
- Dữ liệu OpenAlex của 5 ngành mới sẽ được đồng bộ tự động theo lịch hằng tháng; trong thời gian chờ, thông tin APC/Open Access lấy từ SJR.
- Website của tạp chí trong nước chỉ hiển thị khi có bằng chứng kiểm chứng; một phần danh mục chưa có liên kết.
- Một số số ISSN trong văn bản gốc của Hội đồng bị in sai; hệ thống giữ nguyên và đánh dấu để người dùng đối chiếu.
Summary
EduFind 1.0 is a free, bilingual (Vietnamese-English) system for looking up scientific journals scored under Decision No. 26/QĐ-HĐGSNN of 11 July 2025 of Vietnam's State Professorship Council, together with SJR quartiles (Q1-Q4), Open Access status, APC and ISSN verification. This update extends coverage from 6 to 11 disciplines and interdisciplinary fields, adds major user-facing features and improves data quality.
Scale after the update: 11 discipline sites · 357 Vietnamese journals · 22,978 international journals (de-duplicated across the system).
Key changes
1. Wider coverage (Added)
- Five new disciplines and interdisciplinary fields: Linguistics, History - Archaeology - Ethnology/Anthropology, Physics, Electrical - Electronics - Automation, Culture - Arts - Physical Education and Sports.
- The portal now carries the updated totals and links to all 11 sites.
2. User-facing features (Added)
- Result pagination, 20 rows per page by default.
- Sticky page header that condenses on scroll.
- "Data sources and attribution" section collapsed by default.
- Social sharing toolbar (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Zalo, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, copy link, native share) and Open Graph / Twitter Card preview images (1200×630) for every site.
- Issue reporting: name, phone/email (anonymous option), description and screenshot; delivered straight to the author's mailbox.
- Visit statistics at the bottom right: total, daily and top-5 countries. Counted anonymously, once per session; no IP address is stored.
- Publisher / issuing-body filter; one-click Web of Science (SCIE/SSCI/A&HCI/ESCI) lookup for each international journal.
3. Data quality and language (Changed / Fixed)
- The English view is now fully in English: journal type, scoring scope, status, notes and publisher names (journal titles remain as published).
- Locale-consistent number formatting (e.g. 1.596 / 1,596; 0-1,0 / 0-1.0) and a unified ISSN label scheme (Print, Online, Former ISSN).
- Clear separation of journal title, former title, scope, status and score history; duplicate score tiers merged.
- Physics: international scores are inferred from the SJR quartile, with the H-index test for Q1, as defined by the Council.
- ISSN Portal cross-check (30 Sep 2026) for the new disciplines; ISSNs misprinted in the source decision are kept as printed and flagged.
4. Operations and reliability (Changed)
- OpenAlex data (APC, Open Access, latest publication) refreshes automatically every month, staggered by discipline to stay within quota; Education Science and Economics come first.
- Each update rebuilds only the affected sites.

Notes and known limitations
- Scores shown are maximum ranges (0-x); the exact score is decided by the Council. SJR quartiles do not replace official Web of Science/Scopus data; verify against the original sources before using them in an application.
- OpenAlex data for the five new disciplines will arrive through the monthly schedule; until then APC/Open Access come from SJR.
- Journal websites are shown only when verified; part of the domestic list still has no link.
- Several ISSNs in the Council's decision are misprinted; the system keeps them as printed and marks them for checking.
