Bản phát hành này hoàn tất phạm vi của EduFind 1.0: hệ thống hiện bao phủ đủ 28 Hội đồng Giáo sư ngành, liên ngành theo Quyết định số 26/QĐ-HĐGSNN ngày 11/7/2025, và toàn bộ được phục vụ tại một tên miền chính thức duy nhất: https://edufind.isavn.edu.vn.

Quy mô sau cập nhật: 28 trang ngành · 498 tạp chí trong nước (không trùng lặp) · 29.446 tạp chí quốc tế (không trùng lặp) · 1.309 trong 1.574 dòng tạp chí trong nước đã có website được kiểm chứng.

Điểm cập nhật quan trọng

1. Mở rộng phạm vi (Added)

• Thêm 17 ngành, liên ngành so với bản 01/10/2026: Dược học; Luật học; Tâm lý học; Xây dựng - Kiến trúc; Văn học; Cơ học; Cơ khí - Động lực; Giao thông vận tải; Hóa học - Công nghệ thực phẩm; Chăn nuôi - Thú y - Thủy sản; Nông nghiệp - Lâm nghiệp; Khoa học Trái đất - Mỏ; Khoa học Quân sự; Khoa học An ninh; Sinh học; Thủy lợi; Luyện kim.
• Ngành Chăn nuôi - Thú y - Thủy sản có đủ Phụ lục 1 của Hội đồng (781 tên tạp chí quốc tế uy tín); mức điểm theo hạng Q (3,0 / 2,5 / 2,0 / 1,5) chỉ áp dụng cho tạp chí có trong danh sách, tạp chí ngoài danh sách hiển thị tối đa 1,5.
• Bản tiếng Anh có tên cơ quan xuất bản được dịch cho toàn bộ danh mục mới.

2. Hạ tầng và tên miền (Changed)

• Gộp 12 dự án riêng lẻ thành một dự án với cổng ở gốc và từng ngành ở đường dẫn riêng (ví dụ `/kinh-te/`, `/vat-ly/`): quản lý một nơi, mỗi lần cập nhật chỉ một lượt triển khai.
• Chuyển sang tên miền chính thức `edufind.isavn.edu.vn` (HTTPS). Các địa chỉ cũ dạng `*.vercel.app` hiển thị thông báo song ngữ rồi tự động chuyển hướng sang địa chỉ mới tương ứng.
• Dữ liệu tạp chí quốc tế (SJR, OpenAlex) tải theo yêu cầu khi người dùng mở tab "Quốc tế", giảm đáng kể dung lượng tải ban đầu của mỗi trang.
• Ảnh xem trước khi chia sẻ liên kết (Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn) được cập nhật theo tên miền mới.
• Hướng dẫn song ngữ (Việt - Anh) tại mục /huong-dan/: cách chọn tạp chí để công bố (7 bước), hiểu hạng SJR Q1-Q4, H-index, IF và mức điểm của Hội đồng, và kiểm tra tạp chí, nhà xuất bản đáng tin cậy. Có liên kết từ trang chủ và mọi trang ngành.

3. Giao diện và trải nghiệm (Changed / Fixed)

• Đồng bộ giao diện giữa cổng và trang ngành: cùng bảng màu, phông chữ, dải đầu trang màu xanh đậm, nút chuyển về cổng.
• Cổng gọn hơn: bỏ bộ lọc, nhãn và bộ đếm "đã có dữ liệu" vì cả 28 ngành đều đã có dữ liệu.
• Trang chủ mới: nền động khoa học ở phần đầu trang (công thức toán, vật lý, hóa học, phương trình lượng tử, chuỗi xoắn DNA, nguyên tử, vòng benzen), nhẹ và tiết kiệm tài nguyên: tạm dừng khi tab ẩn hoặc khi cuộn khỏi phần đầu, ít hiệu ứng hơn trên điện thoại, và chỉ hiện một khung tĩnh khi người dùng bật "giảm chuyển động".
• Chọn lĩnh vực trước, không bung toàn bộ danh sách: trang chủ bắt đầu bằng ô tìm kiếm và 6 thẻ lĩnh vực; danh sách Hội đồng chỉ hiện khi người dùng chọn một lĩnh vực hoặc gõ tên ngành. Có nút "Xem tất cả 28 Hội đồng" và "Xóa lựa chọn".
• Liên kết trực tiếp theo lĩnh vực, ví dụ `/#g=eng`, thuận tiện chia sẻ.
• Cải thiện khả năng truy cập: liên kết "Chuyển tới phần chọn ngành", nhãn cho trình đọc màn hình, thông báo số kết quả.
• Sửa lỗi đầu trang bị tràn ngang trên điện thoại khổ hẹp (nút chọn ngôn ngữ nằm ngoài màn hình).
• Sửa lỗi giật khi cuộn trang ngành: trên điện thoại và máy tính bảng dọc, đầu trang không còn cố định và tự thu gọn (nhường chỗ cho nội dung); trên máy tính, việc thu gọn có ngưỡng trễ và khoảng nghỉ chống nhấp nháy.

3b. Hướng dẫn kiểm tra tạp chí, nhà xuất bản săn mồi (Added, theo góp ý của người dùng)

• Mọi trang ngành có mục "Tạp chí và nhà xuất bản săn mồi: cách kiểm tra" và một liên kết gợi ý ngay trên bảng tạp chí quốc tế: nêu rõ hiện chưa có danh sách chính thức được công nhận toàn cầu, kèm các nguồn để tự đối chiếu (Think. Check. Submit., DOAJ, COPE, Clarivate Master Journal List, danh mục Scopus, bản lưu trữ danh sách Beall, Cabells). EduFind chủ ý không gắn nhãn "săn mồi" cho bất kỳ tạp chí hay nhà xuất bản nào vì không có nguồn chính thức để kiểm chứng.
• Thêm bộ lọc "Chỉ tạp chí đang có trong DOAJ" (dữ liệu công khai qua OpenAlex) ở tab Quốc tế, bên cạnh bộ lọc ẩn tạp chí có cảnh báo (ngưng chỉ mục, ngừng xuất bản). Không có trong DOAJ không có nghĩa là tạp chí kém; bộ lọc chỉ xuất hiện khi ngành đã có dữ liệu OpenAlex.

4. Thống kê lượt truy cập (Fixed)

• Hợp nhất lượt đếm của các địa chỉ cũ vào các trang mới và tổng toàn hệ thống; sửa lỗi tổng toàn hệ thống hiển thị thấp hơn thực tế.

5. Chất lượng dữ liệu (Changed)

• Thêm hơn 180 địa chỉ website tạp chí trong nước mới, mỗi địa chỉ được kiểm chứng (trang truy cập được và in đúng ISSN hoặc đúng tên tạp chí, một phần kiểm tra thủ công bằng trình duyệt). Sửa 35 số ISSN in sai trong văn bản gốc theo ISSN Portal; giao diện hiển thị số chuẩn kèm số đã in.
• Làm mới dữ liệu OpenAlex (APC, Open Access) cho 5 ngành (Ngôn ngữ học, Sử học - Khảo cổ học - Dân tộc học/Nhân học, Vật lý, Điện - Điện tử - Tự động hóa, Văn hóa - Nghệ thuật - Thể dục thể thao); lịch làm mới hằng tháng mở rộng ra toàn bộ ngành mới.
• Đối chiếu ISSN Portal (02/10/2026) cho các ngành mới; các số ISSN in sai trong văn bản gốc được giữ nguyên và ghi chú rõ.

Nguồn dữ liệu và thời điểm

Quyết định 26/QĐ-HĐGSNN (11/7/2025) và phụ lục · SCImago Journal & Country Rank 2025 (truy cập 02/10/2026) · ISSN Portal (02/10/2026) · OpenAlex và DOAJ (theo từng trang). Mỗi trang ngành ghi rõ ngày truy cập ở mục "Nguồn dữ liệu và ghi công".

Lưu ý và giới hạn đã biết

• Mức điểm hiển thị là mức tối đa (0-x); mức cụ thể do Hội đồng quyết định. Với nhiều ngành (Luật, Tâm lý, Cơ học, Quân sự, An ninh, Luyện kim, Hóa học, Thủy lợi...) văn bản tính điểm theo hệ số ảnh hưởng (IF) hoặc chỉ mục Web of Science mà SJR không có, nên tạp chí Scopus hiển thị mức thấp nhất của nhóm kèm ghi chú; người dùng cần đối chiếu trên Clarivate trước khi dùng cho hồ sơ.
• Dữ liệu OpenAlex (APC, Open Access) của 15 ngành mới đang chờ đồng bộ vì hạn mức truy vấn ngày của nguồn dữ liệu đã hết; trong thời gian chờ, thông tin này lấy từ SJR.
• Ngành Quân sự và An ninh không có danh mục SJR riêng nên tab quốc tế dùng các danh mục xã hội gần nhất và chỉ mang tính tham khảo; nhiều tạp chí của lực lượng Công an đã đình bản và không có ISSN.
• Khoảng 17% dòng tạp chí trong nước chưa có website được kiểm chứng; website chỉ hiển thị khi có bằng chứng.
• Một số số ISSN trong văn bản gốc của Hội đồng bị in sai; hệ thống giữ nguyên và đánh dấu để người dùng đối chiếu.

Summary

This release completes the scope of EduFind 1.0: the system now covers all 28 State Professorship Councils (disciplines and interdisciplinary fields) under Decision No. 26/QĐ-HĐGSNN of 11 July 2025, and everything is served from a single official domain: https://edufind.isavn.edu.vn.

Scale after the update: 28 discipline sites · 498 Vietnamese journals (de-duplicated) · 29,446 international journals (de-duplicated) · 1,309 of 1,574 domestic journal rows now have a verified website.

Key changes

1. Wider coverage (Added)

• 17 new disciplines and interdisciplinary fields since the 1 Oct 2026 release: Pharmacy; Law; Psychology; Civil Engineering and Architecture; Literature; Mechanics; Mechanical and Power Engineering; Transport; Chemistry and Food Technology; Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine and Aquaculture; Agriculture and Forestry; Earth Sciences and Mining; Military Science; Security Science; Biology; Water Resources; Metallurgy.
• Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine and Aquaculture now carries the Council's full Appendix 1 (781 reputable international journals); the Q-based tiers (3.0 / 2.5 / 2.0 / 1.5) apply only to journals on that list, while journals outside it show at most 1.5.
• Publisher and issuing-body names are translated for English across all new lists.

2. Infrastructure and domain (Changed)

• Twelve separate projects were merged into one project, with the portal at the root and each discipline under its own path (for example `/kinh-te/`, `/vat-ly/`): single-point management and one deployment per update.
• Moved to the official domain `edufind.isavn.edu.vn` (HTTPS). Old `*.vercel.app` addresses now show a bilingual notice and then automatically redirect to the matching new address.
• International journal data (SJR, OpenAlex) loads on demand when the user opens the "International" tab, cutting each page's initial download substantially.
• Link share-preview images (Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn) were updated for the new domain.
• Bilingual guides (Vietnamese - English) under /huong-dan/: how to choose a journal to publish in (7 steps), understanding SJR quartiles, H-index, IF and Council scores, and checking trustworthy journals and publishers. Linked from the home page and every discipline page.

3. Interface and experience (Changed / Fixed)

• Visual alignment between the portal and the discipline sites: shared palette, typeface, dark-blue header band and a back-to-portal control.
• Simpler portal: the "data available" filter, badge and counter were removed because all 28 disciplines now have data.
• New home page: an animated science background in the header (mathematical, physical and chemical formulas, quantum equations, a DNA double helix, an atom and a benzene ring), kept light on resources: it pauses when the tab is hidden or scrolled out of view, uses fewer effects on phones, and shows a single static frame when the user prefers reduced motion.
• Choose a field first, no full list on load: the home page opens with a search box and six field tiles; the councils appear only after the user picks a field or types a discipline name. "Show all 28 councils" and "Clear selection" controls are provided.
• Deep links by field, for example `/#g=eng`, for easy sharing.
• Accessibility improvements: a "Skip to discipline selector" link, screen-reader labels and announced result counts.
• Fixed a header overflow on narrow phone screens (the language switch sat off-screen).
• Fixed jitter when scrolling discipline pages: on phones and portrait tablets the header no longer sticks and auto-collapses (freeing room for content); on desktops the collapse now has hysteresis and a cooldown to prevent flicker.

3b. Guide to checking predatory journals and publishers (Added, following user feedback)

• Every discipline site has a "Predatory journals and publishers: how to check" section and a prompt right above the international table: it states plainly that no official, globally recognised list exists and lists sources to cross-check (Think. Check. Submit., DOAJ, COPE, Clarivate Master Journal List, the Scopus source list, a community archive of Beall's list, Cabells). EduFind deliberately does not label any journal or publisher as "predatory" because no official source exists to verify such a label.
• Added an "Only journals currently in DOAJ" filter (public data via OpenAlex) in the International tab, next to the filter that hides flagged journals (de-indexed, stopped publishing). Not being in DOAJ does not mean a journal is poor; the filter appears only for disciplines that already have OpenAlex data.

4. Visit statistics (Fixed)

• Counts from the old addresses were merged into the new pages and the system total; fixed the system total showing lower than the real figure.

5. Data quality (Changed)

• Added over 180 new domestic journal websites, each verified (page reachable and showing the correct ISSN or journal title, partly checked manually in a browser). Corrected 35 ISSNs misprinted in the source decision against the ISSN Portal; the interface shows the corrected number alongside the printed one.
• Refreshed OpenAlex data (APC, Open Access) for five disciplines (Linguistics; History - Archaeology - Ethnology/Anthropology; Physics; Electrical - Electronics - Automation; Culture - Arts - Physical Education and Sports); the monthly refresh schedule now covers all new disciplines.
• ISSN Portal cross-check (2 Oct 2026) for the new disciplines; ISSNs misprinted in the source decision are kept as printed and flagged.

Data sources and dates

Decision 26/QĐ-HĐGSNN (11 Jul 2025) and its appendices · SCImago Journal & Country Rank 2025 (retrieved 2 Oct 2026) · ISSN Portal (2 Oct 2026) · OpenAlex and DOAJ (per site). Each site states its retrieval dates under "Data sources and attribution".

Notes and known limitations

• Scores shown are maximum ranges (0-x); the exact score is decided by the Council. For many disciplines (Law, Psychology, Mechanics, Military Science, Security Science, Metallurgy, Chemistry, Water Resources and others) the decision scores by impact factor (IF) or Web of Science index, which SJR does not provide, so Scopus journals show the lowest tier of the group with a note; verify on Clarivate before using in an application.
• OpenAlex data (APC, Open Access) for 15 new disciplines is pending synchronisation because the source's daily query quota is exhausted; until then these fields come from SJR.
• Military Science and Security Science have no dedicated SJR category, so the international tab uses the closest social-science categories and is indicative only; many Public Security journals have ceased publication and have no ISSN.
• About 17% of domestic journal rows still have no verified website; websites are shown only when evidenced.
• Several ISSNs in the Council's decision are misprinted; the system keeps them as printed and marks them for checking.
